Service Description

Contemporary foundations and choreography taught at a beginner level. Jess focuses on controlled movement and foundational contemporary movement, such as weight changes, posture, and groundedness. In this class you can explore the style of contemporary, as well as learn progressive skills that can help with more advanced contemporary movement. Ages 13+. No experience necessary. We recommend dancing barefoot or in socks for contemporary classes.
