INT/ADV Heels - Nicole

Service Description

Heels dance (a fusion of jazz, hip hop, commercial, and other styles performed in high heeled shoes) taught at an intermediate/advanced level. Through choreography, Nicole teaches on musicality, confident performance, and exploring femininity/sexuality while utilizing heels technique such as walks, weight changes, posture, and foundation heels movement. Heels experience and/or ample dance experience encouraged. Ages 16+ We recommend wearing heels with a thin sole and lots of ankle support (booties are typically best). Open-toed stilettos are ideal! Please, no black/rubber soles as they leave marks on the dance floor. This class should not be taken without heels.
