Lil BD Factory: Road to the Block Party

Young hip hop dancers have the opportunity to dive into training in hip hop technique and choreography plus perform at the biggest street dance event in Madison! Lead by Barrio Dance Factory's directors and choreographers, AJ & Nicole Juarez. Hone your skills in foundations, choreography, retention, and performance and finish the session by showing off what you learned on the Orpheum Theatre stage at the Barrio Block Party on Friday, November 20, 2026, our favorite event of the year! Perform amongst 'big' Barrio Dance Factory, Barrio instructors, Barrio students, guest artists, and more. A 'lil' version of our advanced competitive adult team, Barrio Dance Factory, which placed 1st in the USA at World of Dance Summit in 2024 and 2025 and was recently featured on AGT.   Designed for dancers age 9-14 with ample experience in hip hop and choreography. This program is taught at a fast pace and challenging level and is not recommended for new dancers or those without hip hop experience.
